What first brought you to CrossFit Warehouse, and how long have you been a member?
I came to Bring A Friend Week with Danielle Lara and loved it. I’ve been a member for a little over a year now.
What was your very first CrossFit workout, and how did it go?
I remember my first 5am workout was 150 wallballs. I thought my legs were going to fall off!!
What’s your proudest accomplishment so far in the gym?
I am very proud of my consistency. It’s not perfect but I keep showing up, even with my son in tow sometimes. Recently, I entered the 200lb club with my deadlift and my son was there to witness it.
What’s one movement or workout you love ❤️ and one you love to hate 😅?
I love running, back squats, and deadlifts. I don’t love overhead squats.
How has being part of this community impacted your life outside of the gym? 🌎
I’m a better, happier person on the days I make it to the gym. My energy is greater and it shows in the way I show up for my family and patients at work.
What motivates you to show up and put in the work, even on tough days? 🔥
I get excited to see my friends at the gym, even at 5am 😜
Do you have a favorite post-WOD meal, snack, or recovery ritual?
I usually have a breakfast sandwich with eggs and cheese on sourdough.
What advice would you give to someone just starting their CrossFit journey?
Don’t be ashamed of scaling a workout.
What goals are you currently working on, inside or outside the gym?
I would love to run a sub-2 hour half marathon.

As a mom of 3 young kids who works full time, I strive to show up for my community in a way that’s real, humble, and kind. My goal in life is to set a good example so my kids can be the best version of themselves. 💕
What’s something fun or unique about you that most people might not know?
I used to work for the Chicago Cubs.
In one word, how would you describe your CrossFit Warehouse experience?
