I may not lift the heaviest weights or have the fastest times, but I take pride in moving with purpose. For me, fitness is not about being the strongest or fastest person in the room. It’s about moving well, staying consistent, and building strength that will serve me for life

My fitness journey began on February 6, 2017, when my sister Carolina introduced me to CrossFit. As a former couch potato, I never expected it to transform my life, help me through depression, and teach me the power of consistency.
I became a trainer, earning my CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, and now help people of all fitness levels build strength and confidence through an approach that fits their needs
Running became another major milestone. I’ve completed six marathons, including four Chicago Marathons and Boston Marathon. These experiences taught me that progress requires patience, resilience, and the courage to pursue what once seemed impossible.
As a coach, I strive to make people feel supported, challenged, and confident in their own journey. My goal is simple: help people build a stronger life, not just a stronger body.
My turning point was taking my first CrossFit class with my sister.
My biggest enemy was myself: my doubts, my limitations, and the belief that maybe I wasn’t capable of doing more. I also went through a difficult period with depression, and CrossFit became part of my journey toward finding myself again. It gave me a community, a purpose, and a reason to keep showing up, even on the days when things felt hard.
Sometimes, the person standing in our own way is ourselves. And sometimes, all it takes to change our story is one small decision to begin.
My purpose is to help people get stronger, move better, and build healthy habits for life. I’m passionate about serving people of all fitness levels who are willing to show up and put in the work.
CrossFit changed my life, and I want to help others discover what they’re capable of. I believe in community, consistency, and moving with purpose. My goal is to help people feel stronger, inside and out.
